Flaxmere/Pāharakeke Salvation Army is a growing corps/church located in a great community where you will get to work in a team to see people reach their full potential. We have a distinct bicultural heritage and whanau/community focus. Our community ministry and transitional housing programmes are strongly connected within the wider work of our centre.
About the role
This role will initially be focussed on consolidating our new transitional housing programme. You will be working alongside 5 families to provide support, and set goals as they transition to longer term accommodation. You will also have the opportunity to grow with the role, as we develop a ‘wrap around’ model of practice as a pilot centre within The Salvation Army.
