Executive Assistant to the Secretary for Business Administration

Location: 
Wellington

Our Secretary for Business Administration is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform personal assistant duties, diary and travel management, reception cover, board secretary and minute taking, document management and general administration tasks. 

As the successful applicant you will have:

  • Experience providing personal/executive assistance at a senior level;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Exceptional organisational skills;
  • The ability to work independently;
  • The ability to deal confidently and discreetly with internal and external stakeholders;
  • The ability to prioritise work and achieve deadlines.

If you love managing an efficient office, pride yourself on making sure your Manager is ready for every situation, are skilled at keeping track of and chasing up documents and have a can-do attitude with loads of initiative, then this may be the role for you.
