We are looking for a savvy and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead a team of staff and volunteers at our Karori Family Store. People management is a key component of this role, so previous experience in leading a team is essential.
About the role
This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week Tuesday - Saturday. You will bring vision, zeal, drive and passion to take this store to the next level and beyond growing both our customer and donor relationships. This is no ordinary retail role as you will take charge of pricing and deal with the complexities of processing the flow of donated goods.

We provide training and staff can be mentored to gain NCEA credits through retail modules competed with ServiceIQ. You are directly supported in your role by our experienced Wellington City Family Store Manager.
