We are looking for a dynamic Service Centre Manager to lead a team of staff and volunteers on our Manukau site for wrap around Social Services. People management is a key component of this role, so previous experience in leading a team is beneficial.
About the role
This role is the main external response to meeting needs in our community. Reporting to the Director, the Service Centre Manager is responsible to coordinate all persons presenting for assistance, manages incoming and outgoing assistance, and seeks to partner with clients and community stakeholders to assist people to care for themselves. This full-time position is based at Manukau Community Ministries, Monday to Friday, and would suit a skilled person who has a passion for seeing people reach their full potential.
This role would ideally suit a person who has strong community values and seeks to help people move forward in their life.
