Gisborne Salvation Army seeks to care for people, transform lives and reform society through God in Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are both a church and a Community Ministries provider including food bank, social work support and budgeting.
A short term fixed position 1 June – 22 December 2017 has become available in our service to cover a reduction in hours of an existing team member. The hours of work are Tuesdays 3 - 6pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9 - 4pm and Fridays 9 - 1pm. Additional hours may be available to cover annual leave within the Community Ministries team.
This role will be perfect for a qualified Social Worker returning to the work force or someone who is interested in short-term paid employment.
