We hold a S.A.L.T (sharing a lunch together) group with special guest speakers and a meal that is open to anyone of all ages who seek company and nourishment.

We run a great Music and Movement group for under 5’s and their parents/caregivers, followed by a fantastic play group. Please call for more information as we have a small waiting list. We are in the process of developing other programmes for young people so please contact our office for more details:
