Eligibility

To be eligible for a fully funded Salvation Army training course, you must be:

• a citizen / permanent resident of New Zealand

If you're over 18:

• registered at Work and Income as a job seeker

If you’re under 18:

• registered unemployed for 13 weeks or longer
• have left school, or been exempted attendance with either
  
  • low qualifications (less than 81 National Framework credits)
    or
  • 81 or more National Framework credits but fewer than a total of 12 credits in English (literacy) and or Maths (numeracy).
