The conditions of tenancy in a ILU
- ILUs are rented to independent tenants only. However, you may use services such as: cleaning, showering, shopping, meals on wheels, etc. if needed. You might use your ILU as an intermediary step before going into full-time care.
- You're expected to keep your unit (including your outside area and gardens) clean and tidy.
- You may not alter any part of the interior or exterior of the unit. Building storage and garden sheds or carports is also not allowed.
- Pets are limited to caged birds, fish and only one cat.
- No parking is permitted on the lawns.
