The Community Worker primarily helps clients achieve goals and encounter life changing experiences through structured activities such as courses, groups or fellowship. There is a key role with the nationally adopted Model of Care – meeting with new clients, assessing and mitigating their immediate needs, and discussing the next steps. There is also an expectation in this role of working in client reception.
