Corps Administrator / Receptionist

Part time (22 hours per week) Mon - Thu 9am - 3pm

We are seeking a friendly individual to greet and assist people visiting our centre and to provide a variety of administrative tasks.

Joining a small close knit team, we are seeking a motivated individual to provide a helpful and friendly customer service to those visiting our centre.

This is an exciting time to join our team as we are embarking on a project to extend our services to those in need.   You will have the opportunity to contribute into this project.

The successful candidate will be confident and comfortable working independently as you will be sitting at the reception desk.  You will work methodically, and have proven experience working through set processes, have good attention to detail and have a high level of accuracy.

This is a varied role, where you will spend around 50% of your time on financial tasks and the remainder of time either greeting and assisting visitors or completing other administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Well organised and can juggle multiple tasks
  • Work methodically and can plan and meet deadlines
  • Contribute to health & safety such as managing hazards providing updates at meetings
  • Experience processing invoices for finance
  • Conduct regular checks of the building and notify contractors to arrange any maintenance or repairs
  • Ensure supplies such as cleaning products and kitchen supplies
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience working with word and excel
