Hours: This permanent position is for 25 hours as per agreed monthly roster.

This store has one Team Leader overseeing the store.

This vacancy is a key link within a Family Store, which is both donor facing and a key aid to enable efficient processing of donations.

About the role

The Meet and Greet will provide vital support and assist within this store to meet its strategic and financial goals.  With the support and guidance of the Team leader and its group of amazing volunteers we will work together in improving an already valuable donation process for the community.

Key tasks

• To ensure that we provide the best on-site donor convenience and experience to encourage that we are the first choice, and then continue as repeat donors.

• That the processing stations are serviced, and overflow of goods are ordered and organised within the crating system

In this role you will be creating an enjoyable experience for our customers and donors.

Person Specification

  • Ability to complete tasks and required operational functions as required by team leader
  • A strong team player committed to fulfilling individual part in combined outcomes
  • Organisation skills
  • Physically fit (moving and lifting stock)
  • Able to relate to a diverse range of people
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Working in a team or autonomously
