Hours: 40 hour per week position on a variable contract between Monday to Saturday.
Salary range: The likely hourly rate for the role is $25.00 to $26.00.
About the role:
We are looking to employ passionate Team Leaders into our Family Stores who will be responsible for the implementation of key business strategies. The role requires a keen eye for detail and an ability to work with high volumes of stock. The ability to meet KPI’s under pressure whilst maintaining a composed temperament in which to manage and lead your team is vital. You will be responsible for leading both paid employees and volunteers.
In a very competitive market, we are looking for someone who will give strong points of difference for our customers to shop in our stores. We are looking for passionate people that are wanting to make their mark and take the store to the next level.
