This is an opportunity to help guide and develop a first-class service as we further develop our model of care and support that we offer to clients and their whanau/families.
You will be leading a small team of Registered Nurses across three sites working with clients who have issues related to substance addiction and wanting to make a positive change to their lives.
This exciting leadership role joins with the other existing three Team Leaders involved in overseeing the provision of services and increasing the liaison with other community organisations to provide the best care possible.
You will oversee the delivery of nursing services and physical health needs of residential clients from all Bridge sites in Auckland, Waitakere, Manukau and Mt Eden, developing and delivering health messages and information to groups as well as individuals and being a part of the wider management Team.
This role is Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30 and as with other Team Leaders is reporting to the Operations Manager. There is also an on-call requirement of one week (7 days) in four in rotation with other Team Leaders.
