We are seeking a Practice Supervisor to provide support to a dedicated team of Social Workers, Counsellors and Welfare Workers.
This role involves becoming conversant with the Community Ministries Model of Care and Best Practice Manual and to support the implementation of these to the standards required. This is a part-time position for 20 hours per week.
You will provide internal supervision to the staff and facilitate group training as well as having input to planning days and team meetings.
