About the Department/Operation/Programme

We are a small centre licenced for 25 under twos and 20 over twos. Our goal is to care for and nurture children and their families during the early years of their life and to provide the children with a quality education, developing a strong disposition for learning.

About the role

This is for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm (exclusive of staff meeting times and whanau events).

We are seeking a qualified, registered teacher who is organised, self-motivated and passionate about all aspects of early childhood to work in our Early Childhood Education Centre within a community hub at the Auckland City Corps Mt Wellington. The successful candidate must be friendly, approachable and have good communication skills. Registered ECE teachers are preferred however we will also consider candidates in their final year of training.  If you have an enthusiastic approach to learning and enjoy working with the community, we would love to hear from you.
