About the Programme 

The Salvation Army Wellington Bridge and Oasis is part of our national Addiction, Supportive Accommodation and Reintegration Service.  

About the role 

We are seeking to employ a full-time, permanent Quality Coordinator to ensure effective and timely quality systems within the Bridge and Oasis.  

Reporting directly to the Wellington Bridge Director the Quality Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting continuous quality improvement, ensuring that the Wellington Bridge and Oasis quality systems are planned, implemented, and maintained in an effective manner.   

Person Specification 

We are seeking a committed person for this full-time role with the following desirable skills and experience:  

  • A service- oriented approach 

  • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills 

  • Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment. 

  • Superior judgement and related decision- making skills. 

  • High degree of initiative, personal motivation, and self-management 

  • A can-do attitude and attention to detail essential. 

  • A welcoming manner and strong customer focus 

  • An empathy for the social service sector 

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
