Our Transitional Housing team provides 12 or more week’s transitional accommodation and after care support for our clients to find suitable long-term accommodation and begin the journey of addressing other life goals. Our clients are referred to us from Ministry of Social Development (MSD), health and social service organisations, and self-referrals.
About the role
This role is for a qualified NZ registered Social Worker. You will report to the Director and will have a caseload to manage from initial enquiry, through the admission process, to departure and after care in the community.
This position is permanent 20 hours per week typically Monday to Friday.
