We are looking for a Truck Driver for our Johnsonville Family Store, to work 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.   .

About you:

  • Being the face of the organisation collecting goods from our generous donors, you will have excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • You will have a collaborative approach and be a team player as you work closely with your colleagues to achieve desired outcomes.
  • You will have a flexible approach to be able to adapt and prioritise as you go through your busy day. 
  • You are resilient person, positive and people oriented, able to work under pressure and adaptable.

Skills and experience:

  • Clean full drivers licence;
  • Ability to actively maintain positive communication and effective working relationships;
  • Comfortable following set procedures and policies;
  • Physically fit as lifting will be required;
  • Sympathetic to the aims and mission of The Salvation Army;
  • Ability to relate to people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
