Governance Board Committees

Board committees provide focus for specialised areas of NZFTS ministry and administration. The committees are not decision-making bodies, but rather subsets of TGB, which is the ultimate territorial decision-making body.

Audit Committee: assists the board in discharging its responsibilities relative to financial reporting and regulatory conformance.

Nomination Committee: assists the board in planning the board’s composition and evaluating the competencies required of prospective members.

Investment Governance Committee: assists the board in governance matters relating to its investments.

Policy and Minutes Committee: assists the board prepare and update policy and minutes.
