As we grapple with the uncertainty caused by the coronavirus pandemic, The Salvation Army is taking action.
Many of our services are operational but we have had to adapt the way we deliver help, care and advice.
We are continuing our financial advice through phone and video contact helping people create workable budgets in an everchanging landscape. Our foodbanks have been able to provide assistance for families and individuals during this time.
Before this crisis struck, these hurting individuals were struggling just to survive. Now, they are even more vulnerable, lacking access to proper care, hygiene, the latest information and other essential resources.
But with your help, we can be their lifeline.

At the moment we are unable to produce paper receipts. We also have delays in processing any posted items. This includes anything sent just as we headed into lockdown week beginning 23 March. Once we resume services from our offices, we anticipate a 5-10 working day delay in sending these processed and any receipts sent out to you.
