The Salvation Army opposes the framing of this Review. The framing of the Review, particularly paragraph 8 of the Discussion Paper is too narrow and does not allow for greater discussion about the merits (and challenges) of combining the four DRS into one scheme. Our views are based on supporting and walking alongside thousands of the most vulnerable, marginalised, and poorest New Zealanders.
