Housing continues to dominate our headlines daily—declining housing market, upcoming housing developments, overcrowding in emergency housing (EH) or efforts to curb the rising cost of rent. All these headlines point to New Zealand’s entrenched housing catastrophe and what seems like a tunnel with no light at the end.
