Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of services do you provide?

We provide wraparound social services, helping people to transform their lives and find renewed hope. These include emergency and transitional housing, food parcels, financial mentoring and counselling support. It’s so much more than that, its treating people with dignity and care.

What if I want to donate to a specific community/centre?

In the comments section of our online donation form, you can specify preferences you may have regarding what your donation goes towards. If you wish to support a specific community or service we provide, we ask that you please include this information.

Can someone access multiple services of support?

Yes, we often support people facing multiple challenges by offering wraparound social services covering various needs. Encouraging support across different areas is important to our mission of providing care and empowering people for lasting positive change.
